ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Product Owner at Tripplo, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and success of our product portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our logistics software solutions, ensuring they align with the needs of our customers and the overall business objectives.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, sales, marketing, and customer support, to gather insights, define product requirements, and deliver innovative solutions that meet market demands. Your ability to understand and translate customer needs into actionable product features will be critical to the success of our software offerings.

Responsibilities:



• Product Vision and Strategy: Develop a deep understanding of the logistics industry, market trends, and customer needs to define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that drives innovation and market differentiation.
• Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product initiatives, define a clear roadmap, and ensure alignment with business goals. Continuously evaluate and adjust the roadmap based on customer feedback, market trends, and business priorities.
• Product Development: Lead the entire product development lifecycle, including gathering and analyzing user requirements, writing user stories, creating wireframes and mock-ups, and defining acceptance criteria. Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, understand user feedback, and incorporate it into the product development process. Act as a liaison between different teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify new market opportunities and gather insights that drive product innovation. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• User Experience: Advocate for exceptional user experiences and ensure usability and design considerations are prioritized throughout the product development process. Collaborate with the design team to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Product Launch and Adoption: Develop go-to-market strategies, collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption, and measure the success of product releases against defined metrics.

ABOUT YOU!!

• 2-3 years experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a software development environment, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, industry trends, and customer pain points in the context of SaaS solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to define and execute a product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable requirements.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, business) or equivalent practical experience.
