Production Manager at Lexdan Select

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related
• Minimum of 10 years experience
• Minimum of 5 years experience managing a team
• Sound knowledge and understanding of production processes

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring that the products manufactured meet the required quality standards
• Oversee the design team through the new product development process
• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the factory
• Manage production process to achieve targets
• Managing and leading the team of employees in the factory
• Responsible for implementing and maintaining safety protocols and procedures
