Functions:

• Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with travel agents, including agents themselves, managers of travel agencies, owners of travel agencies.
• Seek out new business opportunities by pitching the  company's offerings to potential clients and partners.
• Establish clear sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them. 

Requirements:

• Degree. 
• Must be willing to travel (domestically from time to time, and some regional).
• Proficiency in Excel and pivot tables.

Functions:

• Responsible for handling all types of transfers, bond registrations and bond cancellations.
• Responsible for maintaining existing relationships with estate agents / estate agencies / banking institutions.
• Attending marketing initiatives, in order to grow the practice.

Requirements:

• Has an LLB degree and is an Admitted Attorney in South Africa
• Must have passed the National Conveyancing Examination
• Minimum 3 years post admissions experience 
• Must have own transportation
