QA Corrections Advisor at MiWay Insurance Limited

What will you do?

• The QAC Advisor is responsible for supporting high-quality service delivery by managing stakeholder queries, processing policy-related updates, and implementing quality assurance corrections.
• This role ensures exceptional client experience by maintaining service excellence in all engagements and contributing to continuous process improvement.

Minimum Qualification and Experience

Minimum Qualification 

• Grade 12 / Standard 10 / NQF 4
• RE5 Certificate
• Fully FAIS Accredited (As per Dofa date)

Minimum Experience

• Experience of more than 2 years  in Short-Term Insurance within a Sales or Client Services environment 

Knowledge and Skills

• Call monitoring and assessments and leads support activities(i.e. campaigns)
• Documents feedback for coaching and developing agents
• Process management and standards alignment
• Leads queries, investigations and complaints
