A leading hydraulics company is seeking a Production Planner to join their team. The ideal candidate would come from a manufacturing background and possess strong technical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain production schedules to generate requirements for manufacturing
- Communicate with other departments to ensure timely and effective execution of production plans
- Review capacity planning for accurate scheduling of forecast
- Schedule manufacturing orders and determine priorities in areas of production
- Manage the control process by proper recording of manufacturing transactions
- Materials Planning, Production activity control / Capacity Planning, MRP and Scheduling related functions
Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
- Degree in Commerce or Supply Chain
- Strong Manufacturing background experience
- Sound technical capabilities
- Team Player
- Working knowledge of Preactor and Syspro would be an advantage
