Professional Officer

- Qualification Bachelors
- Experience 5 years
- Location Western Cape
- City Cape Town
- Job Field Project and Program Management
Requirements
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree
- At least five (5) years’ experience in negotiations and conflict
- resolution environment
- Exposure to and experience obtained in the operations of the
- minibus-taxi industry will be advantageous
- A valid driver’s licence.
Key Performance Areas
- Facilitating all the processes required for effective industry transformation
- Responsible for the contract management processes as it relates to the MyCiTi service
- Ensuring complex response handling and information sharing is facilitated for the functioning of the Department
- Providing professional support in the management of a strategy for the taxi industry and negotiations
