Four (4) to five (5) years relevant experience in implementing and maintaining management systems Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act, 85; Municipal Finance Management Act, 2004 licence.
Knowledge of reticulation processes and general procedures associated to the integrated quality management system.
Report writing and presentation skills.
Proficient in conducting root cause analysis.
Proficiency and strong computer skills MS Word, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint and SAP.
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Key Performance Areas
Support management during audits (AG; SABS; Internal Audits, etc.). Support management during certification and surveillance audits Facilitate and lead QMS across the Branch.
Implement QMS through-out the Branch by integrating with the existing City framework/ policies/ procedures.
Prepare reports and presentations on the effectiveness of QMS Ensure QMS is maintained, at the same standard across the Branch Maintain controls and documentation procedures.
Liaise with departmental auditors and ensure the execution of corrective action and compliance with specifications.
Attend meetings, record discussions, prepare and circulate minutes to departmental personnel outlining agreed steps and actions.
Conduct statistical analysis on various measured performances and recommend improvement Communicate to the branch manager on quality, safety, environmental issues/non-conformities and audit reports.
Ensure review of quality policy and objectives periodically for continuing suitability.
