Professional Urban Designer at eThekwini Municipality

Job Purpose: 

• Co-ordinate and align the Division’s key performance areas against critical urban design priorities for the Municipality and/or high impact local action areas through the provision of professional guidance and support. 

Essential Requirements:

• Masters (NQF Level 9) in Urban Design or Architecture or Landscape Architecture. Registered as a Professional Urban Designer with the Urban Design Institute of South Africa (UDISA) and registered as a Professional Landscape Architect with the South African Council for the Landscape Architectural Profession (SACLAP) or Professional Architect with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP).
• Valid motor vehicle driving license. 5 years relevant experience in Urban Design. Computer Literacy.
