    Program Administrator - Health

    What you will do

    You will be supporting the Managing Executive, Program Managers and Sales team of our Health solutions with the execution of duties in order to achieve business priorities and maintain good governance. Our health solutions are currently impacting more than 16 million patients across Africa. You could be playing a valuable part in sustaining our impact.

    In support of Mezzanine’s business development, you will have to present and demonstrate an applied understanding of all our products and platforms. You will work with the sales teams in coordinating sales activities to existing clients and offering assistance for support queries. This will include scheduling meetings; recording all interactions and managing deals in the sales system; driving sales in line with targets; and generating proposals, reports and projections. From time to time you will be responsible for promoting the company at selected conferences and exhibitions and supporting in creating marketing material.

    In terms of project coordination and account management, you will:

    • Support the team with scheduling and minute-taking at project meetings;
    • Support ongoing process optimisation;
    • Report and escalate risks or deviations across projects;
    • Ensure health reports and performance metrics are delivered;
    • Monitor and report health progress against targets and KPAs;
    • Manage cadence and outputs of all critical product roadmaps; and
    • Drive customer service excellence across all teams (sales, commercial, marketing, technology, operations)

    Requirements

    • At least 3 years of relevant experience
    • Experience in managing detailed account processes
    • A bachelor’s degree in business or any other relevant field
    • Sales and relationship management skills
    • Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
    • Ability to collaborate with different stakeholders and manage multiple key accounts without compromising on the quality of services provided
    • Analytical thinking skills
    • High attention to detail
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
    • Willingness to work long hours from time to time and travel locally and internationally (on occasion)

    Advantageous

    • EE candidate
    • Experience in working with public sector entities or clients
    • Experience in the ICT4D, digital, telecommunication, enterprise software, or ICT industry would be advantageous
