    Retail Environment Manager - Midrand

    Scope of Responsibilities:

    1.    Identify, prioritize Shopper/RE Insights for specific RE (to be the specialist in the RE)
    2.    Develop RE strategy and 5Ps by RE based on RE and shopper expertise/insights. Strategy needs to have clear mentorship by RE in every brand on 5 Ps
    3.    Develop Promotion activity grid by RE and identify activities to grow the RE and customer
    4.    Manage the GTN investment for the retail environment, p.e. TPR’s, PPR’s, Business builders Direct & Indirect. Develop a RE investment strategy & supervise the KPIs goals-pay for performance. Manage the visibility and activation budget in consumer promotion. Develop strategy and grids based on Category/RE strategy by brand. Seek alignment with Marketing teams
    5.    Build strategies by RE based on Category Strategy provided by Marketing. Build RE grids that reflect the whole spectrum of 5Ps for our brands. Give input and approve customer grids based RE grids. Provide input on retailer perspective in commercial process
    6.    Develop 5P’s communication tools to CDT to execute the plans.
    7.    Responsible for 5P’s tracking, for continuously supervising and work w/ CDT for corrections when needed.
    8.    Identify and activate RE Growth Initiatives and work together w/ RM Shopper Mkt including on the shopper programs
    9.    Define Budget Review/MYR Volume plan & Financial Goals by RE aligned with commercial team
    10.    Identify gaps and solutions by RE at accurate brand level in Monthly Commercial Meetings (CBP Monthly Discipline, OPMEET, Strategic Meetings, MYR, Budget Review, Annual Commercial Planning, etc.)
    11.    Develop robust RE Business analysis. (e.g.SOM, Distrib.)

    Required Qualifications:

    1.    A Bachelor's degree
    2.    Minimum 4 years of experience in a Customer Marketing or related role.

    Senior Brand Manager - Midrand

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the Protex brand: develop the Brand Growth Plan, innovation pipeline and communication plans that will drive growth of our business for the region.

    Regional Field Sales Manager - Midrand

    Main responsibilities:

    • Building relationships with key contacts (e.g. Operations & store managers) and providing customers with objective and trustworthy analysis of their business in order to ensure that customers carry an appropriate portfolio of Colgate products that receive optimal exposure at store level
    • Conducting regular business reviews and follow-up on sales activity, new products, customer service, receivables, and claims
    • Developing and executing customer plans that profitably increase sales volume, distribution and market share

    Shopper Development Manager - Midrand

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Category Knowledge, Business Challenges & Insights 
    • Deliver Category Knowledge (Be the shopper expert for the customers)
    • Identify insight driven Business Challenges for key customers Joint Category Planning

    Quality Control Supervisor - Canelands Verulam

    CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :

    • Ensuring that all laboratory personnel use the proper specifications or an associated compendial monograph.
    • Ensure that all quality standards are fully implemented in the labs. Conduct regular assessment against the standard requirements.
    • Distribute work assignments and ensure on time completion and release of raw materials, bulk and third party products.
    • Ensure packaging, raw material, in-process, bulk product, and finished product testing is scheduled efficiently and in support of production scheduling.
    • Ensure that the online quality ratings and assessments are accurately completed and results are shared with the team.
    • Work with operations to close recurring online quality related issues.
    • Ensure that products are released or rejected as appropriate.
    • Anticipate problem areas and resolve issues before they impact compliance, product quality, and availability.
    • Work with management to streamline operations to ensure that the department operates efficiently.
    • Work with the staff for investigating all Out of Specification (OOS) results and properly documenting them.
    • Provide technical support for Manufacturing, Quality Assurance and R&D (as applicable) on questionable batches and results.
    • Provide regular reports to management regarding products presently in the laboratory along with their testing status and planned completion date.
    • Work with peers in developing and implementing laboratory documents (SOPs, Specifications, Protocols, Reports, etc.).

    IT Site Coordinator - Midrand

    What you will do:

    • Support the IT onboarding process of new employees, including providing access and familiarization to all relevant technology required to successfully perform their duties
    • Perform system administration activities and ensure compliance with maintenance policies and security requirements
    • Coordinate  PC and IT equipment procurement, replacement and maintenance, including asset tracking, Manage relationships with external vendors where appropriate.
    • Ensure audit compliance through everyday activities and quarterly evidence gathering processes
    • Coordinate A/V support/implementations as guided by the Colgate/Hill’s technology roadmap, through partnership with external vendors.

    Required qualifications :

    • A Bachelor's degree (preferred majors in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Business) 
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience working in an IT support environment.
    • Technical Expertise: Competent to expert skill level in implementing and supporting the following technologies:
    • End user devices (PC’s, Apple Compute, Smart Phones, Tablets)
    • Windows 10 / Mac OS / Server 2016 / Windows Active Directory
    • LAN (including Cisco wireless),
    • Google G-Suite Workplace

    Preferred qualifications :

    • A/V experience 
    • IT/OT Network and Controls experience 
    • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technology and functionality in a fast paced environment, adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations, individuals and cultures
