    Program Director

    4 main areas of responsibilities
    Customer management:

    • Responsible for the well-being of the long-term customer relationship and the customer satisfaction.
    • Works to be valued by the customer as a trusted advisor and reliable focal point for business and systems issues.

    Growth management:

    • Drives constantly to grow the Sapiens business with the customer, by identifying and promoting business opportunities were Sapiens added value is needed.
    • Penetrate new segments within existing customers

    Delivery Management:

    • Program Director is the final point of accountability for ensuring quality, timely and on budget delivery of Sapiens operations, solutions, and projects.
    • The Program Director will work hand in hand with the delivery managers to optimize delivery.

    P&L Management:

    • Manage the P&L for the Sapiens business with the customer and responsible for meeting the AOP targets.
    • Continuingly focusing on lowering the total cost of ownership for the customer.

    Key Skills & Requirements:

    • 10+ years management experience (staff and budget responsibility) in services delivery within a global enterprise software solutions company.
    • Proven experience leading international clients and engagement teams through the delivery of complex software solution.
    • Proven experience in growing business within existing customers both hands on and by leading a team of account managers.
    • Excellent client relationship management skills and ability to play a trusted advisor to C-level customer executives.
    • Proven track record of successful solution delivery with demonstrated success managing multiple complex projects, juggling competing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
    • Seasoned manager with the ability to hire, mentor, coach and develop a globally dispersed high performing Professional Services team.
    • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
    • Occasional travel is required.
