Main purpose:

The main purpose of this position/job is:

• To provide strategic and operational management of the Community of Practice/network and its resources towards ensuring the organisation’s successful mission attainment, good governance and sustainability.

Key responsibilities include the following:

• Strategic management
• Programme and operations management
• Project coordination across various streams
• Resource management
• Proposal development and resource mobilisation
• Research oversight
• Monitoring, evaluation and reporting
• Minimum academic requirements and experience:
• A relevant qualification (minimum Honors) from an accredited university or institution. Candidates may come from a wide range of fields.
• 3+ years of related experience
• Experience in Higher Education advantageous
