A reputable organisation is seeking a Project Administrator to provide administrative and operational support across projects, ensuring that activities are well coordinated, properly documented and delivered within agreed timelines and requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with project planning, timelines, scope and deliverables.
Support project budgets, resource allocation, procurement, invoicing and budget tracking.
Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment and information.
Track project progress and assist with identifying and managing risks and issues.
Organise project meetings, prepare agendas and record and distribute minutes.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, records and status reports.
Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
Assist with logistical arrangements for workshops, site visits and events.
Ensure project administration and required documentation remain compliant with relevant procedures.
REQUIREMENTS
Matric Certificate.
Diploma at NQF Level 6 in Project Management or a related field, or equivalent qualification.
1–2 years’ experience in Project Administration, preferably within a Training and Development environment.
Strong computer literacy, including MS Office and databases.
Knowledge of relevant sector regulatory compliance.
Understanding of SETA structures and requirements.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
