Project Administrator at SHL

What you will be doing:

• Assist and ensure successful delivery of standard projects for South Africa and other regions (some flexible working required to accommodate regions)
• Assist wider team on mid-large sized, more complex projects
• Monitor and oversee administration of project financials
• Coordinate to ensure projects are resourced, managed and completed to quality and time requirements and meet Customer expectations
• Assist in management of change requests and their impact on project schedules and collaborate to resolve project-related issues
• Use methodology guidelines and templates to ensure project process consistency
• Monitor time tracking and project financial position with regular update reports
• Maintain project information and tools and oversee project deliverables

What we are looking for from you:

Essential

• Experience delivering small or medium sized projects 
• Customer facing experience
• Advanced knowledge of MS Suite esp. Excel – Required 
• Business level English language 

Desirable:

• Propensity to work independently and proactively  
• Handling multiple activities under time constraints and rapidly changing priorities 
• Delivery of high-quality work, with meticulous attention to detail  
•  Awareness of Project Management governance, processes and tools
