Project Controller - Cape Town (Fixed Term) at Democratic Alliance

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Effectively managing departmental projects, programmes and activities
• Ensuring effective communication between the department and all its stakeholders
• Supporting effective integration between departments within the Directorate and other departments in the Party
• Assisting with administrative tasks, logistical support, and meeting preparation
• Ensuring effective record-keeping and reporting of department activities
• Responding to internal and external queries

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• National Senior Certificate or equivalent 
• A diploma or undergraduate degree ideally in business administration, business management, or a related field (advantageous)
• 2 years’ experience in project management
• Experience in an administrative role
• Familiarity with project management tools (advantageous)
• Familiarity with email and scheduling software (advantageous)
• Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite and Zoom
