    Project Coordinator

    Job Description

    • A leading company is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with strong experience in the construction industry to join their team.
    • This is an exciting opportunity for a meticulous and conscientious professional to drive project success by reviewing and preparing invoices, ensuring all documentation is accurate, and assisting with financial expenditure and cash flow management.
    • If you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination and are focused on achieving outstanding results, we want to hear from you!

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage invoices for allocated projects, ensuring all deadlines are met.
    • Keep the server updated with invoices, payments, correspondence, and other relevant documentation.
    • Implement procedures to ensure all documentation is exhaustive and without gaps.
    • Independently obtain necessary information from PSPs, contractors, and other parties.
    • Collaborate constructively with project leaders and program managers.
    • Assist with Auditor General RFIs and ensure a zero rejection rate for the Management Department.
    • Help the Management Programme Department meet its financial year expenditure and monthly cash flow targets.
    • Assist with any additional administrative tasks as required.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience, with experience in the construction industry being beneficial.
    • Experience in contracts (JBCC and NEC) administration and financial administration is beneficial.
    • Experience in Accounting is beneficial.
    • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and process information.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to remain composed under pressure.
    • Strong processing skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
    • Meticulous, conscientious, and thorough.
    • Ability to follow procedures, protocols, and instructions.
    • A focus on output and the pursuit of goals.
