    Project Coordinator: Western Cape

    Description

    Identify and Develop new opportunities and markets

    • Develop new relationships with relevant key role players
    • Identify, penetrate and develop new markets
    • Establish and research market trends to strategically address to Cornerstone’s benefit
    • Monitor  and report on insurance and industry 
    • developments 
    • Maintain contacts with key decision makers and insurance industry resources (new and existing)
    • Determine and address marketing needs
    • Conduct competitor analysis and provide updated on competitor developments
    • Conduct presentations in the market on Cornerstone’s product and services 
    • Ensure the business retention 
    • Increase in effective and profitable markets
    • Ensure high quality business

    Project and Event coordination 

    • Co-ordinate and participate in identified projects
    • Assist in events management & execution e.g. functions and events.
    • Plan and arrange social responsibility & sponsorship campaigns and activities
    • To provide support to internal stakeholders 
    • To promote the Cornerstone brand

    Complaints Co-ordination 

    • Liaise with Assupol Complaints department and follow up with our sales department till resolved 
    • To maintain Cornerstone brand and reputation

    Interdepartmental communication 

    • Liaise with Sales to collate and compile the competitions, statistics
    • Reports coordination and compilation
    • Liaise with with other internal stakeholders

    Requirements

    FORMAL EDUCATION

    • Matric 
    • Insurance related qualification

    TECHNICAL/LEGAL CERTIFICATION 

    • RE 5
    • RE1 as an advantage 

    EXPERIENCE  

    • 5 years administration experience
    • 2 year Project Management related as an advantage
    • 5 years Insurance industry  
    • 2-3  years experience in category A
