• Manage CAPEX and multidisciplinary engineering projects, driving capacity-boosting changes that set us apart.
• Take charge of project feasibility assessments and motivate the necessary investments like a true visionary.
• Coordinate the installation of equipment and spearhead in-house improvements and cost-saving initiatives because efficiency is our middle name.
• Juggle contractors, consultants, suppliers, and production resources like a seasoned magician, ensuring every penny is well spent.
• Keep those key stakeholders in the loop with effective liaison and reporting, because transparency is key to success.
