Project Manager at Fusion Software

Job Requirements and Responsibilities will include:

• Diploma or Bachelors and/or Master’s Degree in a business-related discipline
• Minimum of 2 -5 years’ experience within the IT Sector
• Identify and document Client’s business and technical requirements
• Prepare and deliver our product and solution presentations to the relevant customers
• Ability to understand client processes and how these can be implemented within the solution purchased
• Manage customer expectations
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Installation and implementation of software at the clients site and hosted environment
• Extensive attention to detail with specifics to system testing (Functionality, Logic and data saving)
• Manage UAT and Go Live process
• Provide software training to clients Internally working with Sales and Development teams
• Acquire an in-depth knowledge of our competitor’s products and services

Skills:

• A proven track record of successful project implementation in a software environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, in a high pressurised environment
• Software deployment and integration experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office – specifically MS Excel to manipulate data and extensive use of pivot tables
• Very good knowledge and experience working with Microsoft SQL – database etc and ability to write scripts to extract data
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Sound knowledge of accounting entries
• Own reliable vehicle with valid driver’s license
• Valid South African passport and/or work permit
• Bilingual (English and Afrikaans) an advantage
