Our client, a leading organisation in the financial services sector, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of strategic projects within a fast-paced call centre environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget while working closely with business stakeholders, operational teams, and technical teams to ensure business objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through to implementation and closure.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk registers.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Engage with business stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
Facilitate project governance, steering committee meetings, and status reporting.
Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, quality, time, and budget.
Drive continuous improvement and support change management initiatives.
Work closely with operational leaders within the call centre environment to minimise business disruption during project delivery.
Requirements
5+ years' experience as a Project Manager delivering medium to large-scale projects.
Proven experience managing projects within the financial services industry.
Essential: Experience working on projects within a call centre/contact centre environment.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Experience with project governance, RAID management, budgeting, and reporting.
Relevant Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent) is advantageous.
A tertiary qualification in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
