About the job
In this exciting, newly created position, the 10X Project Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing projects that Christel House initiates as part of their Widening Impact Strategy.
He or she will immediately focus on our Wealth Inequality Project where we bring schools across the wealth spectrum together to learn from each other. This is a 3 year contract post.
Responsibilities
Set project timeline
Monitor project deliverables
Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
Extensive experience in social transformation and leadership development.
Demonstrated ability to manage a project technically from conceptualisation to implementation.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work across different social sectors.
The position requires strong report writing skills and the candidate will need to be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Being conversant in isiXhosa and/or Afrikaans would be an advantage.
Management experience preferable
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
A teacher’s qualification and experience in teaching will add strongly to your application.
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills
