Project Manager at SYSPRO Corporate

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver internal projects in accordance with a structured and industry recognized project methodology.
• Act as a subject matter expert in context to project management best practice.
• Work with the global operational teams on a remote basis, to carry out project assurance reviews on selected projects within the Global portfolio.
• Provides comprehensive support & guidance to operational teams to support the successful delivery of customer-facing projects (protecting SYSPRO’s interest and supporting customer satisfaction)
• Provision of support for our Enterprize Project Delivery Tool to achieve operational efficiencies and customer success 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Essential Qualifications and Experience

• Professional Project Certification:  PMP, PRINCE2 etc.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a software environment, managing the full project lifecycle
• Experience in managing multiple concurrent and complex projects  
• Experience of managing projects that enable change within the business, managing stakeholder expectations, building strong working relationships throughout project delivery, supporting the transition to business owners to own and champion the business change within a business-as-usual context 
• Experience undertaking project assurance activity on behalf of project delivery teams within a formal implementation framework
• Experience of managing project team members, from delivery teams compromised of business owners, technical and development teams, to project stakeholders of all levels, driving alignment to achieve the common goal
• Exemplifies strong teamwork within the project management team, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve project goals. 
• Demonstrates the ability to work cohesively with colleagues, prioritizing the interests of the business and ensuring successful project outcomes
• Experience undertaking project assurance activity on behalf of project delivery teams within a formal implementation framework

Desirable: 

• MSP certification or equivalent
• Agile certification
• PMI RMP certification or equivalent
