You Got the Goods?
At least 4 years of experience in digital product delivery, including managing multiple projects and teams of UX and UI designers
Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality
Experience in business development and account management, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to clients and team members
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of designers to deliver exceptional results
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid solutions
A passion for digital design and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry

Manage a squad of UX and UI designers to deliver digital products that meet our client’s needs and exceed their expectations.
Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality
Solution-driven and able to pivot the project direction per the client’s strategic business needs
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, and to develop solutions that meet those needs and goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and identify opportunities for account growth and development
Collaborate with other internal stakeholders including Business Development, Finance, Data and Analytics, to ensure that projects are aligned with our overall business strategy
Manage project budgets and timelines, and provide regular updates to clients and senior management
Continuously lead, manage and drive your squad of designers to be aligned and highly autonomous
Continuously improve our project management processes, tools, and methodologies to ensure that we deliver exceptional results to our clients
