    Project Scheduler

    As a Scheduler with JIRA and Agile Hive experience, you will play a pivotal role in their project management team. You will be responsible for planning, organising, and optimising project schedules, ensuring that all tasks and deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Your expertise in JIRA and Agile Hive will be essential in maintaining efficient project workflows and fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams.

    Responsibilities:

    • Schedule Management: Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules using JIRA and Agile Hive, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines.
    • Resource Allocation: Collaborate with project managers and team leads to allocate resources efficiently, considering team capacity, skillsets, and project priorities.
    • Agile Methodology: Apply Agile principles and practices to schedule projects, including sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning.
    • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential schedule risks and bottlenecks, and develop strategies to mitigate them. Proactively communicate potential delays and propose solutions.
    • Collaboration: Foster a culture of collaboration by facilitating meetings, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to ensure effective communication and coordination among team members.
    • Reporting: Generate and maintain reports and dashboards in JIRA and Agile Hive to provide stakeholders with clear insights into project progress and performance.
    • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and tools related to project scheduling and Agile methodologies. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
    • Proven experience as a Scheduler with expertise in JIRA and Agile Hive.
    • Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including JIRA and Agile Hive.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
    • Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
    • Agile or Project Management certification (e.g., CSM, PMP, or equivalent) is a plus.
