Property Administrator at Measured Ability Group of Companies

• A well-established property management company is seeking an experienced Property Administrator to join their team based in Sandton.
• This role will be responsible for providing full property administration support, including lease administration, tenant queries, arrears management, and maintaining accurate property records.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update tenant information on the property management system
• Prepare and process lease documentation
• Manage tenant statements, billing, and reconciliations
• Follow up on outstanding payments and assist with arrears management
• Respond to tenant queries and liaise with internal departments
• Maintain property and unit data on the system
• Assist with monthly reporting and administrative duties

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Property Administrator role
• Experience with property management systems (MDA / PIMS / MRI) advantageous
• Strong administrative and financial skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
