Requirements :

• • Matric plus an NQF level 6/7 South African Qualification Authority qualification in secretarial studies, public administration/business administration/or any professional qualification in one or more areas of relevant professional knowledge about this position. Any higher qualification will be an added advantage.
•  At least 6 months to 1 year experience in the provision of project administrative and management support. Valid driver's licence

Duties :

• To provide comprehensive administrative, secretarial and coordination support to the Chief Director: Planning and Support
• To ensure effective management of the office, coordination of meetings and submissions, monitoring of administrative processes, and efficient communication and information flow within the Chief Director’s area of responsibility. Coordinate inputs for the Chief Directorate reports Arrange Strategic and Planning meetings
