Job Description

Key critical requirements we are looking for?

• Degree in Computer Science/IT/related field, or equivalent working experience
• 3 - 5+ years of Python development experience
• Strong software development fundamentals
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Excellent communication, analytical skills and decision making ability in collaborative environments
• Excellent understanding of specific coding / scripting languages
• Understanding of Object Oriented Design and ability to properly apply general design patterns and paradigms

Advantageous:

• Experience with modern software practices (Containerisation, DevOps, Cloud, etc.)
• Experience in banking/trading/finance
• Contributions to open-source projects
• Participation in industry user groups/forums/etc
• Experience with test-driven development and domain driven design
