Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough maintenance and repairs on vehicles scheduled for dealership service, ensuring they are returned to optimal condition.
• Utilize diagnostic skills to accurately identify issues and promptly report findings for efficient resolution.
• Maintain diagnostic tools in top condition to facilitate accurate diagnosis and repair.
• Collaborate with parts sales executives to acquire relevant and accurate parts, maintaining a smooth workflow.
• Promptly escalate any service-related issues to management for swift resolution and to uphold customer satisfaction.
• Interact with clients by scheduling vehicle appointments, assisting with customer check-ins, and conducting follow-ups to deliver exceptional service.
• Thoroughly document service and repair details on job cards, ensuring accuracy.
• Proactively plan and order parts in advance based on vehicle identification to streamline service processes.
• Demonstrate effective production scheduling skills, prioritizing tasks to meet service demands.
• Adhere to the 5'S principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Understand job card costing and ensure accuracy in cost estimation and billing procedures.
