    Quality Auditor

    Key Purpose

    • Paper based, on site and ad hoc audits to determine accurate utilisation of the building rates guide and to manage and increase the general quality of repairs done on building claims.


    Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to

    • Supervise service provider utilization of the Procurement Platform
    • Ensure supplier performance within the agreed SLAs
    • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers
    • Resolve queries and escalations on building claims from clients and brokers
    • Adhere to all internal procedures related to the role
    • Manage quality and turnaround time of repairs, and manage the influx of cost once a claim has been authorised

    Education And Experience

    • Matric (Essential)
    • Valid SA driver’s license (Essential)
    • Minimum 3 years procurement auditing experience
    • Degree (Advantageous)
