What you will be doing?

Gaining practical exposure and experience in our Milling QC/QA processes by doing the following:

• Equipment Maintenance & Verification.
• Testing of raw material, in-process, and final products prior to approval as LMS.
• Receiving of Raw Material
• Active participation in INVOCOMS.
• Support of the food safety culture plan on site
• LIMS capturing and issuing of COAs.
• Reporting Food safety & quality control deviations

• Proactively report on any formal institutional requirement or training sessions
• Willing to learn on how to translate your theoretical learning into practice.
• Perform all tasks communicated and required

Qualification Requirements

• Grade 12
• Studying towards a National Diploma: Biotechnology or Food Tech or Analytical chemistry (final year)
• Tertiary institution logbook (stipulating the relevant exposure and experience needed)
