This position requires an intellectual and sober minded individual who is constantly looking at personal growth, it is mandatory to have the applicable qualifications and experience as follows:

Qualifications:

• Applicable tertiary education
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role
• Automotive Industry Experience will be an advantage

• Recognized Quality Auditing Accreditation with good experience in doing Internal and Supplier Audits
• Capable of being the voice to the customer with a good track record
• Strong Technical capabilities
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong understanding of Statistical Process Control
• Root Cause Analysis, problem solving abilities and associated reports are essential
• Have knowledge of: 

1. VDA 6.3
2. ISO 9001:2008/2015
3. ISO/TS 16949
4. ISO 14001: 2015

• Be able to apply consistent discipline according to standards
• Be able to set up, monitor and manage KPIs within the department
