• Acts as a single point of contact for all Sensors within the plant.
• Facilitate containment and pro-actively reduce Series supplier quality related topics.
• Investigates best possible immediate containment action when deemed a potential supplier topic.
• Prioritise and supervises workload for the Service Provider CP Team QSB.
• Generates the shift handover report and represents the containment activities for the previous 24 hours in the daily QMT Frontdesk Production meeting.
• Approves the Sort Action Work instruction.
• Raises a Quality Incident to notify other client’s plants and the supplier of the defect.

Minimum Requirements

Essential Skills Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering OR Trade Certificate.
• 2-3 years within a manufacturing area, preferably Assembly Online/ Offline.
• Working experience in automotive industry.
• Analytical skills.
• Assertiveness.
• Communication Skills.
• Business Writing Skills.
• PowerPoint, Excel.

Advantageous Skills Requirements:

• Ability to negotiate with process partners internally and agree on problem ownership.
• Good communication skills - written and verbal.
• Ability to make and enforce decisions.
• Ability to apply Quality problem-solving tools, efficiently.
