• Audit process in accordance with the institute of Internal Auditors’ Professional Practice Framework, i.e. audit engagement, development of risk and control matrices; executing audit programs; reporting; follow-up action
• Business process analysis to identify inefficiencies e.g. structure; workflow analysis; business risks management; control strategies and bottleneck management in area of expertise
• Root cause analysis

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts technical audits in accordance with professional standards and legislation.
• Records and reports audit findings and recommend corrective actions.
• Provides a professional advisory service.
• Follow-up and close-out of audits.
• Provide input to the development of an audit plan.

Minimum requirements
Qualification(s): 

• B Tech in Engineering at NQF 7 with 360 credits
• Professional Registration Body: Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA)

Related Minimum Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of Technical operations/maintenance/engineering experience
