Real Estate Coordinator Mr Price Group - Durban at Mr Price Group

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You form part of our Space team which is part of the greater Mr Price Group Property division. 
• Administrative support to our Real Estate Managers and assisting with the preparation of various presentations when required
• Overall coordination, updating and management of various Excel schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A completed Diploma or Degree: preferably in Property Studies / Management or Business Management or Economics, Project Management 
• 3+ years of administrative experience (Real Estate / Retail Property experience would be advantageous)
• Intermediate to Advanced level of proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal), Business Acumen, Negotiation skills, Conflict Resolution
