Responsibilities
As a Real Estate Graduate, you’ll gain hands-on experience in:

• Supporting site selection and lease negotiations for new stores
• Assisting with property portfolio analysis and reporting
• Conducting market research and competitor mapping
• Participating in property inspections and landlord engagements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Store Development, Finance, and Legal
• Learning about compliance, zoning, and municipal processes

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For

• A recent graduate in Bcom Finance / Law.  Property Studies advantageous
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Potential to interact and hold conversations with senior executives
• Social and confident individual
• A keen interest in retail property strategy and development
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage
