    Receptionist - Airport Industria

    Description

    Mango5 is seeking a temporary Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in front office management, assistance to directors, office management, admin, event planning, information security, and receptionist duties.

    Responsibilities:

    • Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or on the phone and direct them accordingly.
    • Manage the reception area and ensure that it reflects the high standards of the company.
    • Answer and direct phone calls to the relevant departments.
    • Coordinate and schedule boardroom and meeting rooms.
    • Assist directors with day-to-day tasks as required.
    • Ensure compliance with information security policies and procedures.
    • Assist with organizing and plan office events and functions.
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, and courier services.
    • Maintain an accurate record of office supplies, ensuring they are replenished when necessary.
    • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, typing, filing, copying, scanning and interview application forms.
    • Ensure boardroom is clean at all times.
    • Assist with stock control in Facilities store room.
    • Log necessary service calls for printers/copier
    • Submit printer reader report.
    • Monitor printer toner stock on hand.
    • Maintain and report printer/copier errors.
    • Assist with compiling award certificates.
    • Control of Reception television.
    • Ensure Reception draws and cabinets are kept locked.
    • Keep control of Coffee Machine keys.

    Requirements

    • MS Office Suite.
    • Professional & Presentable.
    • Punctual.
    • Own reliable transport.
    • Matric qualification.
    • Previous experience in a front office or receptionist role.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Knowledge of information security policies and procedures.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Flexible, self-motivated and proactive.
    • Have high performance culture and ethic.
    • Absolute trustworthy with high standards of personal integrity.
