Job Advert Summary    

• An opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to receive visitors to the organisation, determining their needs and directing them accordingly. Answer general queries and directs them to the relevant personnel or department. May also perform routine typing, clerical or secretarial duties. May be responsible for a switchboard for a small branch office. Contributes towards the image of the Company 

Minimum Requirements    

• Grade 12 / Matric / NQF level 4
•  Up to 1 year

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Maintains professional appearance
• Greet visitors on arrival 
• Maintain cleanliness of reception area 
• Operate switchboard 
• Administers general telephone reporting tasks 
• Screen incoming calls and take messages 
• Performs basic mailing tasks and coordinating courier deliveries 
• Comply with company code of conduct, policies and procedures 
• Perform other duties as may be requested by management from time to time
