Job Description:

• We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and directing visitors, answering and forwarding phone calls, handling mail and packages, and providing administrative support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals
• Sort and distribute mail and packages
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Provide general administrative support, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
• Assist with special projects and events as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
