- To check guests in on arrival.
- To check guests out on departure.
- T o manage Guests’ room accounts.
- To follow daily standard procedures.
- To take direct & telephonic enquiries and respond accordingly.

Additional Information
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Shift work is an operational requirement.
