Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead talent acquisition efforts, with a primary focus on recruiting ESL tutors and other specialized staff members.
• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates to ensure a high caliber of talent.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct regular market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor practices.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the education sector.
• Familiarity with ESL teaching requirements and qualifications.
