What You'll Be Doing:

• Partnering with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-calibre candidates across Finance, Tech and Engineering.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from pitch to placement.
• Building and nurturing long-term client and candidate relationships.
• Hitting targets — and celebrating wins, big and small.
