Recruitment Coordinator - Cape Town City Centre at Belmond Mount Nelson Hotel

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Screen potential candidates and submit shortlisted candidates the relevant Hiring manager for review.
• Schedule all interviews for shortlisted candidates.
• Fully responsible for candidate/applicant tracking, initiating background checks and partnering with the broader HR team for new hire on-boarding and paperwork processing.
• Responsible for maintaining all recruitment reporting.
• Ensure that all activities related to the recruitment process are progressing effectively and efficiently at all times, and alerting the Assistant HR Manager of any potential delays to the process.

What You Bring:

• Exemplary communication skills- Strong written and verbal communication skills with English proficiency
• Proven work experience as a recruitment assistant with good understanding of recruitment processes
• Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of MS Office Suits
