    Recruitment Manager

    About

    Are you to take your passion for people a step further? We are looking for a Professional Hire Recruitment Manager to lead our professional team in delivering best-in-practice recruitment processes and optimising the end-to-end candidate journey while attracting the best talent to Webhelp.

    As the Professional Hire Recruitment Manager, you will manage the operational workflow of the Professional Recruitment Team across sites in South Africa. You will take responsibility for building strong relationships with key client contacts, external suppliers and operational managers to help you understand the clients’ needs and source the perfect candidates for the roles as well as drive client satisfaction through a seamless process.

    Working towards and achieving the recruitment delivery targets and KRAs, (both quantitative and qualitative) you will be expected to work to and maintain a sound level of specialist/technical expertise including best practice recruitment service, governance, process improvement and compliance and legislative adherence.

    Responsibilities

    • Managing the Professional Recruitment Team
    • Building effective communication channels and mechanisms between Key Account Stakeholders, Hiring Managers and other colleagues
    • Consulting with Hiring Managers to complete a detailed job specification and undertaking vacancy consultations explaining the role information which needs to be collated and agree time scales and obligations for the resourcing process
    • Designing of end-to-end resourcing plans which meet requirements ensuring SMART operating model and SLAs are met as well as proactively raising issues or concerns around meeting targets
    • Making timely selection decisions, in partnership with Hiring Managers, regarding resources required for the campaign or business
    • Ensuring all requisitions are fully specified and tracked through the correct authorisation sourcing channels and processes
    • Working closely with the Talent Attraction Team to develop the sourcing strategy for each role
    • Monitoring and accurately updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
    • Facilitating the interview and selection process utilising the appropriate templates, including determining most appropriate interview questions to measure candidates skills as required
    • Negotiating salaries, presenting and selling candidates to Hiring Managers, whilst ensuring that all processes are followed in line with the agreed methodology
    • Measuring the performance of internal and external assessors and providing constructive feedback for development
    • Ensuring procedures are followed from an on-boarding perspective
    • Producing timely and accurate activity and management information reporting on daily productivity and success
    • Ensuring full compliance in line with contractual estate and legal requirements

    Requirements

    • Matric
    • Market intelligence and subject matter expertise of local recruitment practices and employment market trends
    • Ability to engage all stakeholders, including executives and directors
    • Proven track record of headhunting and proactive sourcing
    • Experience managing candidates through the full end-to-end recruitment process with ATS or recruitment technology
    • Demonstrable experience conducting behavioural and competency based interviewing as well as role play scenarios
    • Extensive experience managing a Recruitment team
    • Ability working to tight deadlines in a fast-moving and ever-changing environment without losing sight of priorities
    • Knowledge of relevant legislation
    • Clear criminal, disciplinary and credit records
