Recruitment Specialist at Raizcorp

What We’re Looking For:

• A process-driven individual who thrives in a metrics-based environment.
• Someone who can handle high-volume recruitment with patience and precision.
• Strong understanding of both internal and external recruitment processes.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, especially Simplify.hr, is essential.
• Proficiency in Excel for detailed monthly reporting.
• Ability to conduct telephonic/virtual interviews effectively.
• Will work closely with the CEO, the Head of People Practices, and all other line managers in the business.
• 100% office-based with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM; punctuality is important.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Grade 12 qualification.
• A degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management is advantageous but not essential.
• Must have own reliable transport and valid drivers license
