    Regional Business Development Executive

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    •       Generate leads
    •       Build and maintain networks
    •       Deliver against personal and regional sales targets
    •       Grow and manage the Johannesburg sales team (to be appointed)
    •       Support the wider sales team to achieve higher results
    •       Maintain and leverage the CRM and reporting processes
    •       Ensure that sales events are organised and are followed-up on
    •       Liaise with the marketing team to implement the marketing programme

    Experience and Education Highlights

    •       Minimum of 10-15yrs sales experience - ideally including sales team management experience
    •       Strong network in Johannesburg and surrounds is essential
    •       Experienced with generating leads
    •       Must be comfortable dealing at C-suite level
    •       Target driven
    •       Proactive approach
    •       Self-starter. Must be able to operate effectively on own.
    •       Advantageous - Experience of selling training courses, or business support services
    •       Skilled in Google Apps, Word & Excel
    •       Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
    •       Excellent English speaking and writing skills required
    •       Fluent IsiZulu or IsiXhosa speaking advantageous
    •       Matric Certificate required.
    •       BCom or other relevant qualification advantageous.
    •       Own transport essential
    •       Home office facilities an advantage
