Minimum qualification:

• Relevant postgraduate qualification (preferably commerce) is required; an undergraduate qualification may be considered for candidates with a proven track record of relevant experience.

Experience:

• At least five years’ management experience in a higher education / HR / hospitality environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• As the Regional Business Development Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the following:
• Accountable for all aspects of a campus’s performance including student growth, financial performance, and academic and customer results and experience).
• Planning, Management and co-ordination of systems and processes.
• Staff Leadership.
• Internal and external stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
