    Regional Key Accounts Manager

    • Build and maintain customer relationships with key account groups and improve overall client satisfaction on a daily basis by engaging with key account decision makers.
    • Execute the national sales strategy to deliver growth in the company’s ATM estate and drive the group acquisition strategy for the business.
    • Source new key account groups to ensure the key accounts targets are met.
    • Present to national chains at a regional, senior and director level
    • Report to Key Accounts using standard SLA Reports on a monthly basis.
    • Achieve overall sales growth across targeted industries within South Africa.
    • Cold call and meet with potential key account sites.
    • Identify, pursue and close new key accounts group opportunities – including meeting with potential group sites, sales pitches, performing presentations to corporates, negotiation of commercials, timely follow-up and closing of deals.
    • Procure documentation from clients on an urgent basis and deliver to Head Office timeously
    • Conclude sales up to and beyond contract completion stage.
    • Liaise with strategic accounts in all regions.
    • Manage group renewals, additional ATMs, early terminations and change of ownerships processes for key accounts.
    • Stay abreast of new key account and group store openings.
    • Closely monitor and benchmark competitor activity
    • Provide analytical input to assist with decision-making.
    • Generate weekly and monthly reporting for Exco and Manco.
    • Manage the Company’s brand in the market and improve brand loyalty with existing clients.
    • Ensure that the Company’s reputation for excellent customer service is maintained.
    • Stay abreast of all industry developments within targeted sectors of retail, petroleum, leisure and hospitality.

    Education (Min)

    • Grade 12, Sales and Marketing Qualification (Or related)

    Work Experience

    • High Level Sales Experience
