Effectively managing Warehousing, Distribution and order to invoice
Developing collaborative partnerships with both CP colleagues and customers.
The Regional Logistics Manager is accountable for effectively fulfilling customer requirements and is responsible for ensuring that the Supply Chain is aligned with customer expectations.
Ensure the highest level of Customer Service is provided to our Customers through the development and maintenance of Order Fulfillment Best Practices (inclusive of Vendor Managed Inventory relationships).
Accountable for the Logistics Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and working with the entire Supply Chain and Sales organizations to maximize results. Manages the Logistics processes to deliver regional performance objectives, as measured by corporate and local KPI's.
Executes a logistics network master plan, as well as organizational capabilities, necessary to support future business growth.
Accountable for the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Logistics Operating Budget inclusive of all Transportation and Warehousing costs.
Lead efforts to optimize Transportation and Warehousing costs.
Able to develop and maintain logistics best practices that deliver superior customer service while meeting budget expectations.
Communicate proactively with Customer Development Teams when supply execution issues are experienced to manage customer’s expectations.
Supports management of SLOB: early identification of SKU’s at risk, Aging stock, tracking and analysis, follow up on clearance plans.
Manages the outsourcing and on going relationships with Third Party Logistics (3PL) providers Warehousing, Distribution and Clearing & Forwarding, to deliver performance requirements.
Acts as a functional resource, providing support on task forces, acquisition studies, and major project support.
Empowers subordinates by way of training, information sharing, coaching, feedback, appraisals, and delegation, to ensure the development of people and organizational capabilities, and performs annual activities related to performance management.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain
At least 5 years Logistics experience
Managing people/Coaching and Development
SAP/BI/APO Experience
Proven/Excellent communication skills(internal and external, all levels)
