    HR Graduate Trainee

    ACTIVITIES OF JOB HOLDER:

    • Assist in the Talent Requisition process

    Regional Logistics Manager

    What you will do:

    • Effectively managing Warehousing, Distribution and order to invoice
    • Developing collaborative partnerships with both CP colleagues and customers.
    • The Regional Logistics Manager is accountable for effectively fulfilling customer requirements and is responsible for ensuring that the Supply Chain is aligned with customer expectations.
    • Ensure the highest level of Customer Service is provided to our Customers through the development and maintenance of Order Fulfillment Best Practices (inclusive of Vendor Managed Inventory relationships).
    • Accountable for the Logistics Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and working with the entire Supply Chain and Sales organizations to maximize results. Manages the Logistics processes to deliver regional performance objectives, as measured by corporate and local KPI's.
    • Executes a logistics network master plan, as well as organizational capabilities, necessary to support future business growth.
    • Accountable for the development, implementation, and monitoring of the Logistics Operating Budget inclusive of all Transportation and Warehousing costs.
    • Lead efforts to optimize Transportation and Warehousing costs.
    • Able to develop and maintain logistics best practices that deliver superior customer service while meeting budget expectations.
    • Communicate proactively with Customer Development Teams when supply execution issues are experienced to manage customer’s expectations.
    • Supports management of SLOB: early identification of SKU’s at risk, Aging stock, tracking and analysis, follow up on clearance plans.
    • Issues appropriate corporate communications regarding Situation Alerts, EOHS incidents.
    • Manages the outsourcing and on going relationships with Third Party Logistics (3PL) providers Warehousing, Distribution and Clearing & Forwarding, to deliver performance requirements.
    • Acts as a functional resource, providing support on task forces, acquisition studies, and major project support.
    • Empowers subordinates by way of training, information sharing, coaching, feedback, appraisals, and delegation, to ensure the development of people and organizational capabilities, and performs annual activities related to performance management.
    • Performs other duties as assigned

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain
    • At least 5 years Logistics experience
    • Managing people/Coaching and Development
    • SAP/BI/APO Experience

    Veterinary Mini-ecosystem Manager

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Responsible for development and execution of vet Mini-ecosystem, front-end design and functionalities with our external partners, as well as communication messages incl. effective communication with all internal interfaces (International functions, brand MKT, Veterinarian Affairs, Customer Development etc.)
    • Responsible to steer/coordinate all necessary Mini-ecosystem back-end developments, maintenance and implementations (together with CS&L team)
    • Manage full country user acceptance testing (UAT) for deployments and upgrades coordinated by the regional team. 
    • Managing the customer service function related to the Mini-ecosystem
    • Work in conjunction with the EMEA Regional lead to raise development ideas / needs and responsible for local sign-off on new feature requirements
    • Development and implementation of activities/functionalities to drive penetration, recommendation, conversion and loyalty via the Mini-ecosystem amongst both target groups: clinics and pet parents
    • Workflow optimization of Mini-ecosystem content management activities and utilization of synergies between online and offline-channels, project driven execution of all activities ensuring continuous improvement
    • Ensure Mini-ecosystem pricing strategy is competitive vs. pricing of other REs (on-/offline) incl. alignment with national promotional grids and proposal of bespoke promotions (if / where applicable)
    • Briefing of agencies and monitoring / approval of content, including quality check of all Mini-ecosystem content
    • Be the Mini-ecosystem expert for the whole organization, also responsible to further develop e-Shop engagement within all functions
    • Responsible for ensuring that Mini-ecosystem Product Data remains updated to reflect new product launches, discontinuations, etc.
    • Development, analysis and reporting of KPIs, monthly tracking and end of the year evaluation
    • Providing proactive recommendations based on analysis to further drive the business.
    • Evaluation and set-up of management proposal for future growth opportunities 
    • Manage overall Mini-ecosystem budget and projections. Responsible for coordinating budgets, and planned or ad-hoc Regional requests.
    • Handle our CRM strategy and execution to build greater engagement with our customers and consumers

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • A Bachelor's degree
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital marketing or related fields
    • Some experience in commercial / sales / customer management roles
    • Proficient digital literacy in Microsoft Office - specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and Google Workplace tools
