    Job Description

    • Regional Manager – Old Mutual Independent Distribution (OMiD): Sandton

    • Deepen share of wallet with existing broker relationships

    • Independent financial adviser choose you first—not because they have to, but because they trust your value
    • Your team consistently delivers strong production, not occasional spikes
    • You turn underpenetrated panels into high-yield relationships
    • You build a reputation in the market as someone who gets things done

    Who You Are

    • Currently a top-performing Sales Leader
    • You understand the IFA landscape—and know where the real opportunities sit
    • You have natural commercial instinct and can spot growth gaps quickly
    • You lead from the front, but scale through others
    • You are frustrated by bureaucracy, slow decision-making, or limited growth scope
    • You want more ownership, more influence, and more upside

    What You Bring

    • Minimum 4 years’ experience servicing independent financial advisers
    • Proven ability to drive production and influence IFA behaviour
    • Leadership capability — with a track record of developing others
    • Strong credibility in the market
    • Relevant qualification (B.Comm / CFP® advantageous)
